I've spent much of my life developing leaders.

Serving as a pastor, a missionary, and Executive Director of Global Partners, each role deepened the same conviction - that leadership is ultimately about people, not just positions.

Across all of those roles, one thing has never changed: I love coming alongside leaders helping them understand themselves and using what they’ve been given to grow into who they are meant to become.

Leadership must never outrun love.

It's easy to become so focused on mission, results, or growth that we lose sight of the people we're leading. I believe the healthiest leadership holds both - purpose and people, vision and care, courage and humility. The question isn't only "Did we accomplish the mission ? " but "How did people experience the way we pursued it? “

Academic Background

  • BS and MA in Christian Ministries

  • Honorary Doctorate from Indiana Wesleyan University - in recognition of initiatives in training pastoral ministry students through intensive internships.

Leadership principles

    You can’t lead others until you understand how you are wired - your gifts, skills, patterns, motivations and blind spots.

    Naming a strength isn't the goal; learning to use it wisely - and recognizing when it tips into a weakness - is.
